Rooting unrooted nodes and cuttings involves various factors and risks. Therefore, we cannot guarantee successful rooting.

We prioritize careful packaging of our plants to ensure safe transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.
To protect your plants, we use high-quality, new packaging materials (not provided by the carrier).

We ship via UPS/USPS, offering two options at checkout. Prices may vary based on your destination.
USPS Priority Mail (2-Day): Your item typically arrives in approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
USPS Express/ UPS Overnight: Your plant will arrive the day after it is shipped, provided the order is placed before 3:00 PM. Any issues with the shipping fee will be refunded.
UPS Ground/ Standard Shipping: Your order will arrive 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Most of our plant essentials are shipped via UPS Ground/ Standard.
Handle your package with care upon arrival to avoid damaging any parts of the plant.
Please be aware that your plant may experience some shipping stress, which could manifest as yellowing, wilting, or leaf loss. Rest assured, the plant is rooted and will recover.
We recommend against transplanting the newly arrived plant, as this can cause additional stress.

Your shipping cost includes insurance up to $100. The buyer is responsible for filing any insurance claims.

PLANT FORFEITURE & CONFISCATION

If a plant is confiscated and destroyed by the Department of Agriculture, we will provide a full refund of the plant cost (excluding shipping).
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
If your plant arrives dead for any reason (provided you chose UPS Next-Day shipping with no delays), we will refund the plant cost (excluding shipping). This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage. An unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the plant.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All purchases of nodes, cuttings, plants, plant essentials and flower arrangements are FINAL and non-refundable.
Except for the "Live Arrival Guarantee" and "Plant Forfeiture and Confiscation" clauses, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements. Thank you for your understanding!
